ZEVIX delivers orders across India through trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeline

  • Metro & Tier 1 cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other locations: 4–12 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, remote locations or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD orders may be verified via call or SMS prior to dispatch. ZEVIX reserves the right to cancel unverified COD orders.

Delivery Attempts

Courier partners typically attempt delivery 2–3 times. Failed deliveries due to incorrect address, customer unavailability or refusal may result in the order being returned to origin.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If the shipping box appears damaged, tampered or unsealed, please do not accept the delivery and contact our support team immediately.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. ZEVIX is not liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Tracking

Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email.

Lost or Delayed Orders

In case of significant delays or incorrect delivery status, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with courier escalation.
